Danish Dinner

Lyf's parent's both served missions in Denmark. Linda has stayed in contact with one of her Danish companions, Elsa. She and her husband visited the US and came to see Lynn and Linda. We had the family together and the Dane's cooked us dinner. It was quite a feast. We had two kinds of potatoes, gravy, pickled cabbage, pork shoulder roast and what I called a parfait, they called it something else but I can't remember. It sure was good though. It was a great cultural experience, they are good chefs and used the kitchen to the max. Come again anytime!
